nowadays, we can say its an impossible mission nak cari boss yg baik...rmy yg lebih senang jadi garang,ridiculous,jerit2, maki2, campak2...baling2...urgh!.. aku rs behaviour tu lebih sesuai simpan kt rumah je x gitu?
even if there is boss yg baik pun, there must be someone yg in d middle for example, dat person controls me, and my big boss controls her/him, yg misused her/his power to ask or direct me to do everything but when it comes to good credit, she'll make sure her/his name is on the paper and not me... trust me, i hate that kind of person and how i wish i can squeeze her/him in a photostate machine forever!!
to my surprise. boss yg gila pun ada!i mean, used to be admitted to mental hospital!!!my gosh! i gave her my resignation letter and sesuke je die renyukkan and then buang kat muka aku,pastu buang semua benda2 hiasan atas meja dia tu ke aku just because aku nak resign,which is its my right anyway...so aku pun x faham...this kind of boss pun do exist in this world yer? aish...
tapi kalau jenis boss yang buatkan kerja kite macam mane pulak? dah la x pernah marah, ni buatkan kerja employee die pulak...just because im pregnant...adui! guilty amat...!!! setelah tukar beberape firm br dpt yg mcm ni! totally worth it! feeewwwhhh!!!
aku tak faham macam mane kemarahan bole setelkan problems yg occur...kalu marah ni bole ke undur time before dateline?bole ke bg best solution? the best boss patutnye guide kite and tell us what to do and how to find solutions on the problem....bukan maki2 or marah2...or maybe juga boss tu x tau apa nak buat,so die coverla dgn kemarahan die tu.. huh...
ape pun, boss2 yg x reti control anger ni ade a few kesimpulan yg bole dibuat:
1.he/she's unhappy at home
2.he/she has anger management issues
3. he/she's just too immature
4.he/she used to be admitted in mental hospital
5. lapar
6.die slalu kene marah time childhood...
so layankan jela bos yg camni..nak wat camane?he/she's just pathetic.. hmm just bygkan yg life kite lg best dr die...huhuhuhu
